How BLUECHXP makes money:
BLUECHXP is free to use at the basic level, but we do offer BLUECHXP+ which allows you to pick more stocks simultaneously and access additional features as outlined in the app. The current subscription price is $9.99 per month. If you choose to purchase BLUECHXP+, your payment of $9.99 will be charged to your iTunes account once you confirm your purchase, and your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month for $9.99 unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iTunes account settings. BLUECHXP is not a broker-dealer and does not charge commissions in connection with your simulated trading activity. All trading on the App is simulated since no actual trades are being made.
Eligibility:
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. In jurisdictions, territories and locations where the minimum age for permissible use of the App is greater than 18 years of age, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement for the minimum age for permissible use of the App. If you are under the minimum age for permissible use of the App in your jurisdiction, territory or location, you may not utilize the App, except as a “Student User.”
Student Users:
We believe in helping youth understand the stock market and gain financial literacy in a safe environment through partnerships with high schools and their students. Student Users include individuals between the age of 13 and 17. Student Users may not make in-app purchases, and cannot redeem rewards, unless specifically stated.
Data:
We may in the future use the trading data generated by you and other Users (whether aggregated or otherwise) (“Data”) in connection with BLUECHXP’s affiliated entities’ proprietary trading and for other commercial purposes, but if and how we use that Data may vary. We believe access to the Data we collect better equips you in making Picks and trading education. Each User (including you) is granted a nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right to access and use all Data collected by us and made available to solely for such User’s personal, non-commercial and non-public use.
